(能动Nengdong2023年12月4日讯)SK E&S与全球合作伙伴合作，在当地政府的支持下，为国内低碳氢产业建立了基础。他们计划大规模生产低碳氢，率先建立国内氢生态系统，并为全球碳中和做出贡献。

SK E&S在阿联酋迪拜举行的第28届联合国气候变化大会(COP28)上表示，双方签署了全球谅解备忘录(MOU)。协议内容是，与GE Vernova(GE)、液化空气工程建设、忠清南道、韩国中部电力(KOMIPO)合作，在忠清南道保宁市推进韩国规模最大的低碳氢项目。

通过此次协议，SK E&S将在每年25万吨低碳氢的稳定生产和供应中发挥关键作用，并将其用于交通和发电。SK E&S还表示，计划利用CCS(Carbon Capture & Storage)技术，捕捉制氢过程中排放的二氧化碳，并将其储存在废弃的天然气田。

全球氢气专家液化空气工程与建设公司和通用电气将为氢气工厂提供主要设备。液化空气工程与建设公司将负责氢气生产和液化设备，而通用电气将制造氢气/天然气共燃涡轮机。忠清南道将提供氢气事业的行政支援和许可，KOMIPO将支援整个工厂建设的项目管理和维护。

首次参加COP的SK E&S还与韩国总统直属的碳中和绿色增长委员会一起，在COP韩国馆举行了“低碳氢价值链的全球合作”活动。在此次活动中，介绍了氢在能源转型时代的作用，并公开了谅解备忘录签署方GE和液化空气工程建设公司的氢相关技术。

SK E&S是韩国第二大企业集团SK集团的成员，作为韩国第一家也是最大的完成液化天然气价值链的非国有公司，SK E&S已成为韩国最大的私营液化天然气供应商。
